
How to Request a Speaker
NCQA speakers are experienced in presenting at national and regional conferences on a variety of topics, including:

How to Request a Speaker
Please review the guidelines below prior to filling out our speaker request form. Due to the high demand for speakers, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
In Person Presentations
Submit a speaker requestĀ at least 3 months before your event. We respond to speaker requests within 3-5 business days.
- In-person requests are reserved for groups larger than 200 people. We may make an exception for:
- Events located in Washington DC, due to the proximity to the NCQA offices.
- Roundtables or policy discussions that align with NCQAās mission, thought leadership and research priorities.
- Please verify that you are able to cover the travel and accommodations for our speakers.
Virtual Presentations
Submit a speaker requestĀ at least 3 months before your event. We respond to speaker requests within 3-5 business days.
- We ask that you provide the speaker with login information for your virtual event platform at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
