This document reports updated national benchmarks and regional thresholds for HEDIS® measures and HEDIS/CAHPS® 4.0H survey results and will be used to score health plans for accreditation year 2008. Benchmarks and thresholds for the CAHPS questions used in Member Connections elements are also included.
