If so, don’t miss the latest information on NCQA’s Health Plan Accreditation. Faculty will explain current standards requirements and drill down into challenges from changes implemented in 2007 and beyond.  A special panel discussion will focus on best practices when complying with the Member Connections and Complex Case Management standards. 
 
Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:

• Prepare for an NCQA accreditation survey under the 2009 accreditation standards
  
• Analyze and explain newer, challenging accreditation standards implemented in 2007 and beyond
  
• Outline examples of successful implementation of the Member Connection and Complex Case Management standards
