 William J. Goss has nearly 30 years of executive experience in the health care industry. He is a Managing Director with Cain Brothers, a health care services investment banking and advisory firm, assisting companies with capital transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings and other strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Goss had been Senior Vice-President of Strategy & Development for Value Health, a $2 billion, NYSE specialty managed care company, where he was responsible for all corporate strategy and business development activities. Mr. Goss was also Manager of Health Care Programs for General Electric, where he was responsible for over $1.2 billion in health care spending. In the 1980’s, Mr. Goss held CEO, COO, and CFO positions in health maintenance organizations.
Mr. Goss holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of South Florida.
