Harnessing the Promise of Health IT to Improve Care Coordination
Join NCQA on Friday, December 4 for our fourth annual National Policy Conference as we discuss how we can unlock the potential of health care information technology to improve the delivery of care. We’ll assess the impact of the historic $36 billion federal investment in health IT and the need for meaningful measures of quality improvement.
We’ll look at the experiences of organizations attempting to integrate health IT into their care delivery systems, and get a sense of how updating information systems can affect the coordination and cost of care. Patient engagement and challenges to implementing the system will also be examined. Mark your calendar, as NCQA’s fourth annual National Policy Conference is not to be missed!
