Let Me Guide You…
June 26, 2017 · Suzette Wurie
Hello, my name is Suzette Wurie. I am an NCQA Representative.
If you kept tabs on the PCMH Redesign, you know what that means. If not, let me tell you.
It’s a unique role. One we’ve just started as part of the redesign to help practices through the recognition process. Every practice who decides to come through for recognition will be assigned their own NCQA representative. My role, and that of my colleagues, as your NCQA representative is to provide direct and administrative support. I will oversee your progress throughout the course of the recognition and transformation journey.
Where I Can Help
As an expert in our newly developed Q-PASS system, my role is to serve as a guide. I answer any questions that are technical in nature. Q-PASS is your access point to your recognition application, your timeline and all your important documents referencing your recognition. The Q-PASS system is streamlined and structured. For more on navigating Q-PASS, watch our handy video tutorial here.
Whenever a new product is developed and a new system is implemented at NCQA, it requires thorough training. I was very fortunate to have been actively involved in the training, testing and implementation phase of Q-PASS. That means I know the system like the back of my hand. It means I’m a good resource for you. I look forward to showing you the benefits of using Q-PASS. Practices can expect a smoother transition and a better understanding of the PCMH model.
It is my job to ensure that customers have a good understanding of our systems, like Q-PASS, and our overall processes. On behalf of my fellow NCQA Representatives, I would like to welcome you to the newly redesigned PCMH recognition program. I’m happy to help in any way I can. I look forward to meeting my assigned practices.
