We have been talking a lot about MACRA recently. But you may still be looking for more information. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released the proposed rule for the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) in May. The 900+ page proposal is exceptionally complex.
As we mentioned in our first MACRA blog, we want to serve as a resource to you as you unveil the implications of CMS’ proposal. So we produced this video that explains some key components of the proposed rule. Paul Cotton, our Director of Federal Affairs, outlines what is in MACRA and what you need to know about the rule. It also identifies NCQA priorities for successful implementation. We hope this helps as you navigate MACRA.
