While submitting comments, NCQA encourages you to provide thoughts and insight on the updates listed below. The public comment system is integrated with NCQA’s single-sign on platform.

Submit all comments through NCQA’s public comment website (https://my.ncqa.org). NCQA does not accept comments via mail, e-mail or fax.

HEDIS® Public Comment

NCQA is releasing for public comment proposed new measures, changes to existing measures and measure retirements for HEDIS, as well as new measures for inclusion in the Diabetes Recognition Program. NCQA acknowledges that the health care policy environment is rapidly evolving at this time. NCQA will take into account all comments received and the evolving environment as NCQA moves forward to prepare the final versions of these measures.

Reviewers are asked to submit comments in writing via the NCQA public comment website by 5:00 pm (ET), Thursday, March 13.

NCQA Programs Public Comment

NCQA invites public comment on Health Plan Accreditation (HPA), Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition, Utilization Management Accreditation (UM), Managed Behavioral Health Organization Accreditation (MBHO), and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Distinction in Health Plan Accreditation, and industry feedback on artificial intelligence as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure transparency, inclusion and community input in the decision-making process.

Reviewers are asked to submit comments in writing through the My NCQA portal by 11:59 pm (ET), Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
