Measure Certification: 23 Companies Recognized for Software Code

NCQA is always happy to make announcements like this one. We like certifying hardworking companies committed to quality health care. So we’re proud to announce 23 companies recently earned NCQA Measure Certification for their software code that produces measure results related to the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®).
Companies That Earned Special Recognition
The following vendors received special recognition for completing full HEDIS certification at least two weeks ahead of the deadline:
- Altegra Health Operating Company
- Interpreta, Inc.
- Advantmed, LLC
- Thrasys, Inc
- Citra Health Solutions
- IMI Health
- Cognizant Technology Solutions
- Verisk Health, Inc.
- Optum Insight, Inc.
In addition, some companies are participating in only Partial Measure Certification, which is a subset of HEDIS measures or the Integrated Healthcare Association’s (IHA) California Pay for Performance (P4P) measurement set.

Why is Measure Certification Important?
NCQA Measure Certification proves companies’ software codes produce accurate and reliable results. That’s important because health plans using NCQA-certified companies collect data faster which makes it easier to measure performance and see where health care improvements need to be made.
