One-Day Symposium Is Roadmap for Alternative Payment Models
March 17, 2016 · Shireesha Jevaji
In light of a recent regulatory policy to accelerate the shift toward value-based payments, we want to tell you about one physician advocacy organization’s effort to highlight best practices for succeeding in alternative payment models (APM).
CAPG, a physician group that advocates for patient-centered, coordinated and accountable care, is hosting a year-long program that offers two one-day symposiums and quarterly Webinars. The CAPG Educational Series Webinars are complimentary and the symposiums are $200 for non-CAPG organizational members.
Topics will range from the elements of care coordination to a “deep dive” into risk adjustment and population health management. Physicians, clinicians and other quality partners will gain hands-on knowledge from industry leaders in their transition to a risk-sharing environment.
CAPG’s April Symposium: How to Thrive in Risk-based Coordinated Care will take place in Chicago on April 22. Consider registering today to learn from experts in the field who successfully transitioned to an APM.
