Strategies for Success Now Free for All Practices

NCQA offers complimentary resources to recognized practices that can help them make the most of the medical home model of care. For example, our online learning program, Strategies for Success as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, supports collaborative learning—practices share ideas and resources, which leads to more effective communication and better patient outcomes.
All Practices Can Benefit
More than 400 practices (including clinicians and support staff) have registered for this program and are getting the most value from their recognized status. But NCQA thinks that every practice could benefit from Strategies for Success, and that’s why we’re pleased to announce that the program is now available to all practices, not only to practices with recognition.
Just 30 minutes spent learning Strategies for Success can lead to a more effective, more patient-centered practice. And each activity offers complimentary CME/CE credits!
Access Online Portal
In addition to the online learning portal, the program offers patient education and engagement tools, care team tools, faculty notes and clinical guidelines. To access Strategies for Success:
- Go to ncqa.org.
- Log in or create your account using your e-mail address.
- Go to “My Apps”; in the “Strategies for Success as a PCMH” panel, click “Begin.”
- Enter your invitation code when prompted: PursuePCMH
- Follow the instructions.
Once you are in the Strategies for Success portal, you can easily invite all your care team members to join. Simply click the Invite Team Members button.
