The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has released its annual health insurance plan rankings. For Private Health Insurance Plan Rankings 2014-2015, Tufts Associated Health Maintenance Organization was ranked as the top-ranked plan in Massachusetts and the 1st ranked plan in the United States. Six of the top 10 private health insurance plans in the nation are available in Massachusetts.
Rankings are based on health plans’ quality, customer satisfaction and accreditation results.
