Organizational Readiness Mini-Series

 

The Organizational Readiness mini-series includes 3 courses focused on Building a Diverse Staff and Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Among Staff.  They are:

1.    Advancing Health Equity Readiness Through Leadership Engagement, Education and Financial Models 
2.    Building Health Equity Readiness Through Mobilization of Resources and Community Engagement 
3.    Integrating Change Management and Performance Improvement Into Your Organization’s Health Equity Strategy

Organizational infrastructure, training and readiness is a common gap for organizations building their equity strategy. This curriculum package will outline assessment gaps, strategies and tools for building a strong equity training program and infrastructure.

Each course is presented by nationally recognized experts and leaders in healthcare and community-based organizations to substantiate the learning experience and outcomes. There will be opportunity for live questions and answers for each topic.

In support of improving patient care, the National Committee for Quality Assurance is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide Interprofessional Continuing Education for the healthcare team.

This educational activity is approved for 3.0 nursing contact hour.*

This live course grants 6.0 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) points for PCMH Certified Content Experts.
