Advancing Quality Improvement in Behavioral Healthcare
States tackling the national behavioral health crisis require assistance scaling the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model to ensure widespread access to integrated, evidence-based care. As the industry’s leading accreditor, NCQA is leveraging its experience and credibility to include CCBHCs in our behavioral health Accreditation and Recognition programs. Our new CCBHC Accreditation program helps behavioral health organizations streamline the SAMHSA certification process through a standardized survey, reducing states’ oversight burden.
Setting the Gold Standard for Health Plan Quality Measurement & Accountability
Health plans are expected to uphold care standards that preserve members’ optimal health, manage costs effectively and adhere to government and private entity requirements. NCQA Health Plan Accreditation helps plans achieve these objectives through a rigorous framework for essential quality measurement and improvement. Currently mandated in 42 states, Health Plan Accreditation is NCQA’s most widely adopted evaluation program, and directly affects over 203 million people.
