The Health Equity Forum convenes State officials, advocates, and health care providers, showcasing the blueprint for creating and implementing statewide health equity strategies. 

  • DAY 1 – California state officials and Health Equity Leaders discuss why California has prioritized health equity and share its best practices for health equity collaboration: policy, multi-payer alignment, health system and cross-continuum, data strategy.
  • DAY 2 – Workshop and training with NCQA experts about our Health Equity Accreditation program and requirements. Determine readiness and identify challenges and how they can be addressed.
