WASHINGTON, DC—The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) today announced the appointment of Krishna Kandula as Chief Product Officer. In this role, Kandula will lead key parts of NCQA’s efforts to advance the adoption of digitalization across the health care spectrum and improve the quality of care for all Americans.
Kandula is an accomplished, growth-driven health care leader with 20 years of experience bringing products, technology and solutions to the ever-evolving health care ecosystem. Prior to joining NCQA, he held product leadership roles at Optum, most recently as SVP Head of Product for Prospective Clinical Solutions. He also served as SVP Risk & Quality Solutions at Cotivity, one of NCQA’s largest HEDIS® vendors, where he built cross-discipline product capability from the ground up. As Chief Product Officer of NCQA, Kandula will manage the growth and evolution of new and existing health care measurement, evaluation and improvement programs.
