The Culturally & Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) mini-series includes 3 courses focused on ensuring an organization improves care and services for all individuals served. They are:
1. Building a Sustainable Staffing Model to Support Diverse Populations
2. Implementing a Clinical-Community Based Care Model to Support Specialty-Based Needs
3. Designing Multi-Cultural Resources and Tools to Engage Members and Communities
This series covers how to develop an objective statement describing a culturally and linguistically diverse population; build strategies to engage members of the culturally diverse community, and measure SMART goals in the improvement of CLAS integration.
Each course is presented by nationally recognized experts and leaders in healthcare and community-based organizations to substantiate the learning experience and outcomes. There will be opportunity for live questions and answers for each topic.
