 NCQA Virtual Care Accreditation: Standards and Guidelines Deep Dive (Urgent Care)

This webinar reviews the primary care module’s criteria. Presenters will provide insight into interpreting and navigating the standards and guidelines, in a high-level overview of the Accreditation evaluation process, scoring and statuses. There will be a post-course assessment of learning.

    What You Will Learn

    By the conclusion of this session, learners will:

    • ·    Review NCQA’s consensus-based development process and how we developed our Virtual Care Standards framework.
    • ·    Discuss the program’s structure and eligibility requirements for Urgent Care Accreditation.
    • ·    Be able to describe criteria that apply to the urgent care module and requirements for evidence to demonstrate compliance.
    • ·    Be able to summarize the Accreditation decision process, scoring and statuses.
